You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4.1 Activation: Access to the Service is contingent upon having an active and valid credit card processing account with us or one of our approved processing partners. Your credit card processing account must remain live and in good standing for continued access to the Service.
4.2 Deactivation: If your credit card processing account becomes inactive or is terminated for any reason, your access to the Service will be suspended or terminated accordingly. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the suspension or termination of your access to the Service due to issues with your credit card processing account.
5.1 License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Service solely for your internal business purposes.
5.2 Restrictions: You agree not to (a) modify, copy, or create derivative works of the Service; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; or (d) violate any applicable laws or regulations in connection with your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Connecticut and Federal laws without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website or through other communication methods. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
