Process Transaction UI Update

In today’s release, we’ve streamlined the Process Transaction screen.

• All Payment Forms Listed: Every available payment method is now clearly displayed for quick selection. 
• Default Notes Feature: Standardize your transaction notes with pre-set options, ensuring consistency and saving time. Notes can also be updated retroactively on the Transaction screen. 
• Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL): For dealerships with a BNPL feature, you can now record transactions in DealerWorks.

Customers

The ability to create and store customers has been extended to all departments. We have also added a Customer Number field per popular request. Transactions for stored customers can easily be initiated from the Search Customer menu bar.
